摘　　要：文章根据作者从事标准化工作的经历,对CPCA标准制定的基本原则、标准编写的基本要求以及标准审查应注意的有关事项等三个方面提出一些个人观点,供同仁们讨论,旨在促进CPCA标准化工作又好又快地发展。Based on the author＇s working experiences in standardization,this paper proposes some personal points of view on the basic principles in making CPCA standard,basic requirements in establishing the standard and related items in censoring the standard, so as to make the development of CPCA standardization work sound and fast.
