摘 要:运用实验和理论研究的方法,针对女生挺身式跳远技术教学中采用平面助踏板、斜坡助踏板两种教学辅助手段的教学效果进行分析。结果显示:应用平面助踏板作为辅助性教学手段有利于空中技术的掌握,提高踏跳速度,而应用斜坡踏板作为辅助性教学手段对空中技术的掌握起一定的作用,对促进空中挺身展体和形成正确的向前运行有良好的作用。两种辅助踏板应用于跳远教学中各有千秋,在教学时要合理运用。Make use of the experiment with the investigative method in theories, aim at the girl to adopt in the body type broad - jump technique teaching pretty the pedal, slope that flat surface help pedal two kinds of teachings help the teaching result lends suppert to the means proceeds the analysis. Result manifestation:Applying the flat surface helps the pedal the conduct and actions the assistance teaching means benefits to the air technical control, increasing to rise quickly the result that jump, but apply slope pedal as to lend suppert to the sex teaching means to rises to the air technical control certain function, to promote the air stands body exhibition with become the right circulating to have the good function forward. Two kinds of assistances pedal is applied in broad - jump teaching inside each has his merits, at teaching want the reasonable application.
