摘　　要：目的研究KAI1、mts1在食管鳞状细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测食管鳞状细胞癌患者60例,其中哈萨克族33例,汉族27例,观察肿瘤转移抑制基因(KAI1)、多肿瘤抑制基因(mts1)的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌发生与浸润、转移的关系。结果(1)60例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中,KAI1、mts1的表达阳性表达率分别为:51.7%(31/60)、31.7%(19/60);(2)KAI1在不同组织学分级和有、无淋巴结转移的食管鳞状细胞癌患者中表达差异有显著性(P<0.05),提示可作为预后判定的参数;mts1在不同浸润深度食管鳞状细胞癌组织中表达差异有显著性(P<0.05),提示可作为肿瘤的分期指标;结论提示KAI1蛋白的低表达与食管癌的病情发展及转移的发生相关,mts1的失活对食管鳞状细胞癌获得浸润转移的潜能可能起着重要作用。联合检测KAI1、mts1有助于判断食管鳞状细胞癌的生物学行为及预后。Objective To investigate the expression of KAI1 ,mts1 in human squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus and the relationship between clinical sign and their expression. Method esophagus, 33 examples in Kazakh national minority, 27 examples 60 cases tissues with squamous cell carcinoma of in Han nationality were examined for KAI1, mts1 gene by immunohistochemisry. Result （1） In 60 cases tissues with squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus the positive expression rates of KAI1, mts1 were respectively 51.7% （31/60） and 31.7% （19/60）. （2） The expression of KAI1 gene was significantly lower in carcinoma tissues with lymphnode metastasis than those in carcinoma tissues without lymphnode metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of mts1 in deeper invasive group was significantly higher than those in superficial invasive group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Decreased expression of KAI1 protein may involve in the occurrence of esophagus carcinoma and the formation of metastasis. There is a close relationship between mts1 and invasion in squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus. Examines KAI1 and mts1 jointly is the esophagus squamose cell cancer. helpful in judging the biology behavior and the prognosis of the esophagus squamose cell cancer.
