摘　　要：目的观察非包裹羟基磷灰石义眼台(简称HA义眼台)Ⅰ期植入术的临床疗效。方法将37例(37眼)眼内容剜除后,将羟基磷灰石(HA)义眼台植入巩膜壳后的肌圆锥内,巩膜壳呈双层帽状覆盖于义眼台前方。结果术后2例球结膜裂开,经药物治疗术后10 d自行愈合,1例术后出现巩膜外露,经修复术后愈合,随访6月至12年,无球结膜裂开,无睑下垂,义眼片活动度良好,外形满意。结论非包裹HA义眼台I期植入术安全可靠,操作简便,临床效果满意。Objective To observe the clinical effect of nonencapsulated orbital implantation with hydroxyapatite spheres. Methods After evisceration of 37 eyeballs, the hydroxyapatite spheres were implanted into their muscular pyramid, their frontal parts were covered by autografts of bilaminar sclera. Results After operation, conjunctival split appeared in 2 cases and it was cured by itself after 10 days with drug treatment. Exposure of hydroxyapatite implant appeared in 1 cases and it was treated by operation. All cases were followed up for 6 months to 12 years, there was no conjunctival split and ptosis occurred in these cases. The pseudo - ophthalmic mobihty was fine. Conclusion The nonencapsulated hydroxyapatite orbital implantation is a good and convenient method with satisfactory effect and less complications.
