摘　　要：让教职工参与学校民主管理是提高高校教学管理水平、加强高校民主政治建设、发挥高校知识分子主人翁精神和责任感的必然要求。为了不断完善民主管理和民主参与机制,北京大学工会在构建和谐校园的进程中开创了"校领导与教职工见面会"制度。这种见面会制度的民主性、互动性、联动性在北京大学的民主管理工作中体现了较强的优势和创新性。It is of significance to improve the democratic participation of teachers and staff members so as to raise the level of management, improve the democracy in the university and encourage their initiative and inventiveness. In the course of building the harmonious campus, the system of communication between school leaders and faculty members has been established in Peking University. The democratic system plays an important role in the democratic management.
