摘　　要：跨国公司生产经营中存在的伦理问题主要有:生产领域的伦理失范、交换领域中的伦理失范、消费领域存在的伦理失范和售后服务领域存在的伦理失范现象等。导致上述伦理问题存在的主要原因是:跨国公司伦理诉求的狭隘性、投资环境的影响和引进投资国政府官员的不作为等。探讨了解决跨国公司伦理问题的基本途径。The problems principles in the field of concerning the ethics of multinational corporations are as follows： the loss of moral production, exchange, consumption as well as after- sale service. These problems are mainly attributed to the narrow - mindedness of their ethical demand, the influence of investment environment and the misdeeds and inability of the government officials from investment countries. The paper discusses some basic solutions to these problems.
