中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎44例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)的临床治疗效果。方法44例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组24例采用清胰汤为主方加减并结合西医治疗。对照组20例单纯采用西医治疗。结果治疗组的手术率、并发症明显低于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间及肠功能恢复时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效明显,优于单纯西医治疗。Objective To compare the effects of the combination treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis（SAP）. Methods 44 cases of （SAP） were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group （n = 20）and the treatment group （n = 24 ）. Routine treatment were given in both groups, otherwise the Chinese medicine Qingyi Tang was used in the treatment. Results the operation rate and the complication of the treatment group is obviously lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05 ）, the time of being hospitalized and the gut function recovery of the treatment group is also obviously lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination treatmeut of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is obviously better than the conservation treatment with raising the treatment effects.
