左半结肠癌合并肠梗阻Ⅰ期吻合手术57例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨左半结肠癌伴梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合手术的可行性及安全性。方法65例左半结肠癌伴梗阻患者,其中57例进行了选择性的术中结肠减压及灌洗,Ⅰ期肿瘤切除肠吻合;8例患者因一般情况不佳,行横结肠造瘘Ⅱ期手术。观察术后疗效。结果术后并发症发生率24.6%(14例),Ⅰ期吻合手术成功率89.5%(51例)。结论左半结肠癌并梗阻术中结肠减压灌洗、肿瘤切除Ⅰ期吻合手术是安全的、有效的手术处理方式。Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of primary resection and anastomosis in treating left colon carcinoma combined with bowel obstruction. Methods 57 patients out of 65 had intraoperative decompression and irrigation , primary resection and anastomosis was carried out ; 8 paitents had second：stage colestomy due to poor general condition , The therapeutic effects were observed . Results The postoperative complication rate was 24.6% （14 cases）~i＇ the successful rate of primary resection and anastomosis was 89.5 % （51 cases）. Conclusions lntraoperative decompression , irrigation primary resection and anastomosis are safe and effective in treating left colon carcinoma combined with bowel obstruction .
