摘 要:目的通过X线头影测量,研究安氏Ⅱ1类和Ⅱ2类错的软硬组织特征。方法选取安氏Ⅱ类错病人60例,其中安氏Ⅱ1类错与Ⅱ2类错各30例,对12项硬组织测量指标和15项软组织测量指标进行X线头影测量。结果与正常相比,安氏Ⅱ1类错ANB角、U1-SN角、U1-NA距离、L1-MP角、L1-NB距离、面凸角、上唇突角、上下唇突角、上唇突距、下唇突距、下唇凸厚增大(t=2.344~8.148,P<0.05),SNB角、U1-L1角、鼻唇角、上唇倾角、下唇倾角、上下唇角、颏唇沟角、Z角减小(t=-6.916^-2.517,P<0.05)。安氏Ⅱ2类错ANB角、U1-L1角、鼻唇角、上唇倾角、上下唇突角、上唇凸厚、下唇凸厚明显增大(t=2.794~8.668,P<0.05),SNB角、SN-MP角、U1-SN角、U1-NA距离、L1-NB距离、下颌角、下唇倾角、上下唇角、颏唇沟角、下唇突角、上唇突距减小(t=-9.160^-2.256,P<0.05)。其余测量指标未发现统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论安氏Ⅱ1类与Ⅱ2类错具有各自的软硬组织特点。Objective To analyze the hard and soft tissue features between Angle class Ⅱ division 1 occlusion and Angle class Ⅱ division 2 occlusion. Methods Thirty cases of Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusions and 30 cases of class Ⅱ division 2 malocclusions were studied for their cephalometric roentgenographics. Results Compared with normal occlusion, the angles of ANB, U1-SN, L1-MP, Ns-Sn-Pos, FH-Ns-Ls, Ls-Ns-Li and the distance of U1-NA, L1-NB, Ls-E, Li-E, Li-L1 were greater in Angle class Ⅱ division 1 occlusion (P〈0. 05) ,and the angles of SNB, U1-L1, Cm-Sn-Ls, A'Ls-FH, B'Li-FH, A'Ls-B'Li, Pg'- B'-Li, Z were smaller (P〈0.05). The angles of ANB, U1-L1, Cm-Sn-Ls, A'Ls-FH, Ls-Ns-Li and the distance of Ls-U1, Li-L1 were greater in Angle class II division 2 occlusion (P〈0.05), the angles of SNB, SN-MP, U1-SN, Ar-Go'-Me', B' Li-FH, A' Ls- B'Li, Pg'-B'-Li, FH-Ns-Li and the distance of U1-NA, L1-NB, Ls-E were smaller (P〈0.05). The other variables had no difference (P〉0.05) between them. Conclusion Two types of Class Ⅱ malocclusions had different hard and soft tissue features.
