摘　　要：目的:研究早期综合康复治疗对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动及步行能力的影响。方法:随机选择62例急性脑卒中患者,分为康复治疗组(31例)和对照组(31例)。康复治疗组在采用常规药物治疗同时进行早期系统综合康复治疗,对照组仅采用常规药物治疗。治疗后分别评价两组患者的Barthel评分及步行能力评价。结果:康复治疗组患者治疗后与治疗前Barthel评分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.65,P<0.05)。结论:早期综合康复治疗能促进脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢运动及步行能力的恢复,提高临床治疗效果。Objective： To discuss the effects of early rehabilitation on lower extremity motor function and walking in stroke hemiplegia.Methods：62 patients were randomly divided into two groups,rehabilitation group （31 cases） and control group （31 cases） . Patients in rehabilitation group were given clinical treatment and regularly physical therapy, while those in control group were only given clinical treatmere.Motor function and Barthel index of all patients were＇assessed before and after rehabilitation.Results：In rehabilitation group , barthel index before and after treatment has obvious difference （t= 2.65, P 〈 0.05）.There was obvious difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05） .The recovery rates of walking was 80.7% in rehabilitation,54.8% in control group.There was obvious difference between the two groups too. （x2 = 4.26, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Early rehabilitation treatment largely improved lower extremity motor function , walking ability and curative effect.
