己内酰胺铂配合物的合成与表征

摘　　要：用氯亚铂酸钾和己内酰胺在水溶液中合成了己内酰胺铂配合物。通过差动热分析、红外光谱、元素分析和体外癌细胞杀伤实验对己内酰胺铂配合物进行了表征。结果表明,己内酰胺铂配合物具有一定抗癌活性,有应用价值。The caprolactam-platinum complex was synthesized from potassium terachloroplatinate （Ⅱ） and caprolactam in aq. The caprolactam-platinum complex was characterised with DSC, IR spectroscopy elemental analysis and external anticancer test. The results showed that the caprolactam-platinum complex had some anticancer activity.
