摘  要:针对双自由度环面包络加工圆柱蜗杆这种新型的蜗杆成形方式及其传动,本文从提高啮合质量与改善接触、润滑性能的角度出发,考虑该蜗杆副参数,采用模糊优化方法对其进行了多目标优化。结果表明,接触线的形状明显陡于优化前,润滑角显著增大,接触线分布有很大改善。Aiming at the way of formation of the new styled cylindrical worm being machined by method of torus envelope with double degree-of-freedom and its transmission,starting from the point of view of raising the meshing quality and improving the property of contact and lubrication,and taking the parameters of this worm pair into account,this paper carried out a multiple target optimization by adopting the fuzzy optimum method.The result shows that the shape of contacting line is obviously steeper than it was before optimization,the lubrication angle is notably increased and there is a great improvement on the distribution of contacting line.
