摘  要:目的探讨超声波对丝光绿蝇抗菌物质的诱导表达规律。方法丝光绿蝇初三龄幼虫经0 W、40 W、80 W、120 W功率超声波处理、经100 W超声波处理3 min、5 min、7 min和超声波诱导后不同时间提取血淋巴,观察其对溶壁微球菌的抑菌效果。结果0 W、40 W、80 W、120 W超声波处理5 min,诱导后48 h提取的血淋巴对溶壁微球菌的抑菌环直径(mm)分别为:14.33±0.58、21.33±1.04、20.83±0.58、16.33±0.58。100 W分别处理3 min、5 min、7 min,诱导后48 h的抑菌环直径(mm)分别为:18.67±1.26、20.33±0.76、20.17±0.29。100 W处理5 min,诱导后0 h、24 h、48 h、72 h的抑菌环直径(mm)分别为:14.33±0.58、19.83±0.29、20.33±0.76、20.00±0.50。结论超声波可诱导丝光绿蝇抗菌物质表达,以超声波100 W、5 min诱导后48 h提取为宜。Objective To investigate the expressive regularity of antibacterial substances of Lucilia sericata induced by ultrasonic treatment. Methods Three instar larvas of Lucilia sericata were treated by 0 W, 40 W, 80 W, 120 W ultrasonic respectively, and were treared for 3 min,5 min,7 min and for different hours by 100 W ultrasonic. Then collecting the hemolymph to observe the bacteriostatic effect angist Micrococcus lysodeikticus. Results Hemolymph was treated by 0 W,40 W,80 W,120 W ultrasonic for 5 min, after being induced for 48 h, the diameters (ram) of bacteriostatic rings were respectively recorded as fol- lows: 14.33 ± 0.58,21.33 ± 1.04,20.83±0.58,16.33 ± 0.58. Hemolymph was treated by 100 W ultrasonic for 3 rain,5 min,7 min after being induced for 48 h,the diameters(mm) of bacteriostatic rings were: 18.67 ± 1.26,20.33 ± 0.76,20.17 ± 0.29. Hernolymph was treated by 100 W ultrasonic for 5 min,after being induced for 0 h,24 h,48 h and 72 h,the diameters(mm) of bacteriostatic rings were : 14.33 ±0.58,19.83 ± 0.29,20.33 ± 0.76,20.00 ± 0.50. Conclusion Expression of antibacterial substances of Lucilia sericata can be induced by ultrasonic treatment and it is best to collect hemolymph after being induced for 48 h by 100 W ultrasonic for 5min.
