低水温对越冬鲈活力的影响试验

摘　　要：水温０℃以上时，２８尾３０４～１６１０ｇ／尾的鲈在水中分布均匀，活力正常；水温０℃时鱼近底层分布，游动缓慢，活力明显减弱，对外界刺激反应慢；水温降至０℃以下时鱼呈底层分布，不游动，无活力，对外界刺激反应迟钝。０℃可视为鲈越冬的低温临界水温。体重１００ｇ以上的鲈比１００ｇ以下的更耐低温。The paper reported the surrey on activity of the wintering perch in low temperature.When the water temperature was above 0℃,28 perches with the body weight of 30.4～161.9 g per individual fairly well distributed in the water with normal activity;when the water temperature at 0℃,the fish distributed near the bottom,swimming slowly and the activity weakened clearly,slowly reacted to the outer stimulation;when the water temperature below 0℃,the fish distributed on the bottom,no swimming and no activity,and obtusely reacted to the outer stimulation.The temperature at 0℃is a critical temperature for wintering perch.The perch with the body weight above 100 g tolerated the low temperature more than that with the body weight below 100 g.
