国有企业资本结构影响因素实证分析——来自山东省大型国有企业数据的实证检验

摘　　要：在以往学者对上市公司资本结构影响因素进行实证研究的基础上,对山东省大型国有企业资本结构影响因素进行了实证分析。分析结果显示不同行业和组织形式的企业资本结构存在显著差异。进一步采用主成分分析、方差最大正交旋转及多元回归分析等多种统计分析方法对资本结构影响因素进行了分析,并最终得出结论。This paper has had an empirical study of the influential factors on the capital structure of the large stateowned enterprises in Shandong province on the basis of former scholars＇ relevant empirical studies of those of the listed companies. The result indicates that enterprises in different industries and with different forms of organization are remarkably different in their capital structures. And before drawing a final conclusion, this paper has had a further study through many statistical ways including principal component analysis, varimax orthogonal rotation, multiple regression analysis and so on.
