摘  要:跟踪观察8周次极量运动对视觉诱发电位P100潜伏期的影响.采用NDI-200(海神号)神经电检诊仪跟踪记录4名男大学生志愿者每次训练前安静时的模式翻转视觉诱发电位.运动方式采用Monark 839E进行Bruce增量运动,目标心率为85%HRmax,每周3次.结果显示:在8周训练期间,受试者运动持续时间延长;视觉诱发电位P100的潜伏期(ms)呈缩短趋势;运动持续时间与运动次数呈显著性相关(r=0.350)(P<0.01),P100的潜伏期与运动次数呈显著性相关(r=-0.225)(P<0.05).从中可见,经过8周的次极量训练,受试者的运动能力逐渐增加,而视觉诱发电位P100的潜伏期则呈缩短趋势.We monitored for eight weeks the effect of sub - maximal exercise on the change of P100 Peak Latencies of VEP by adopting the neural electricity tester of NDI -200 to examine and record the VEP in four male students. We used Monark 839E to conduct the Bruce mode of training with the targeting heart rate to reach 85% of the maximal heart rate, three times a week. The result shows: during the eight weeks of training, the trainees could endure longer time of exercise and the P100 peak latencies (PLs) showed a tendency of being shortened. The duration of exercise time and the times of exercise were obviously related (r=0. 350)(P〈0.01), and so were the P100 peak latencies(PLs) and the times of exercise (r=-0. 225)(P〈0.05), from which we concluded that after eight weeks of sub- maximal training, the trainees" exercise capacity were increased gradually but the P100 latencies in the visual evoked potentials were decreasing.
