摘　　要：针对我国汽车产业的可持续发展问题,从系统性和战略性角度,对汽车制造企业的发展模式进行了研究。提出了一种包含产品生命周期、过程目标层、最终目标层、系统支撑层等四个层次组成的一种基于产品生命周期主线的汽车制造企业发展模式,建立了相应的体系结构。在此基础上对该体系结构的四个关键子系统进行了研究,建立了各系统的系统框架和运行模式。上述研究成果在我国某大型汽车企业进行了初步应用,取得了重要的应用效果。Automotive industry of China is seeking sustainable development. In order to give a solution systematically and strategically, one kind of 4-layered development pattern is put forward in this paper. The architecture of the pattern based on Product Life Cycle （PLC） are firstly established, which is composed of PLC layer, process target layer, final target layer and system support layer. A system structure and operation patterns of the four key sub-layers have beenestablished. The research findings are applied preparatorily in one large-scaled automotive enterprise and have got important effect.
