人才及其相关概念辨析

摘　　要：本文认为,可以从外延和内涵两个方面定义人才,内涵式定义是指在定义人才时,更多从理论上探讨人才的本质属性,并根据人才的本质属性来定义人才。外延式定义是指在定义人才时,除了探讨人才的本质属性之外,还注重人才的概念外延,即注重现实中人才所包含的实体和范围的核定。这一区分为人才理论和实践结合提供了参考。通过对人才相关的几个概念的辨析,指明人才是人力资本中价值量较高的部分劳动者的总和。We definite the concept of talent from the intension and extension, the intension definition is more of discuss the essence property in theory, and the extension definition is more of the concept of range in practice besides the former. The differentiate provides the combine of talent theory and practices. Through discriminate the concepts of talent and it＇s related, we point out that talent is the sum of labors of upper portions of human capital.
