摘　　要：目的:阐述VC++和Matlab语言在开发医用磁共振成像用户界面软件包中实现K空间图像重建功能的应用。方法:应用VC++动态调用Matlab C/C++数学库接口编程,利用动态链接库中的快速傅里叶变换(Fast FourierTransform Algorithm,FFT)函数实现图像重建功能。结果:程序成功实现了图像重建功能,重建图像能够满足临床诊断的要求;程序的开发周期和编程工作量大为减少,健壮性显著增强。结论:VC++与Matlab混合接口编程技术可以提供一条简化编程过程、提高开发效率的有效途径。Objective To realize K space image reconstruction by using VC ＋＋ and Matlab in the development of MRI software. Methods VC＋＋ called FFT （Fast Fourier Transform Algorithm） function of matlab math dlls to realize transforming the data from k space to real space. Results Image reconstruction was realized successfully for the clinical demand. The development circle and programming workload were greatly reduced. Conclusion The mixed programming by VC ＋＋ and Matlab can reduce the developing process and improve the reliability of the software.
