HER 2基因在非小细胞肺癌中表达的差异性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究HER2(人体第二表皮生长因子受体,Human epidermal-growth-factorreceptor 2,HER 2)基因在非小细胞肺癌各亚型中表达的差异。[方法]应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测共32例非小细胞癌中HER2蛋白的表达水平差异。其中鳞癌8例,腺癌24例(高、中、低各8例)。[结果]HER2基因的表达在腺癌中比在鳞癌中高(P﹤0.05);且在腺癌中,低分化比中、高分化表达高(P﹤0.05);中分化与高分化之间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]根据HER2基因在非小细胞癌中各亚型中表达的差异情况,可以为其预后及诊疗方案提供相关实验室依据。[Objective]To study the different expression of the human second epidermal growth factor receptor 2（HER 2）gene in all the subtypes of non small cell lung cancer.[Methods]The expression of HER 2 in 32 samples of paraffin-embedded lung cancer tissues from the patients with lung cancer was detected by using immunohistochemistry. Out of these samples,8 cases were squamous cell carcinoma（SCC）and 24 cases were adenocarcinomas（AC）.[Results]The expression of HER 2 gene in the AC was higher than SCC（P﹤0.05）;while in the AC,the expression of HER2 gene in severe subtype were higher than that in mild and moderate subtypes（P﹤0.05）. No significant difference was found between the moderate and the severe subtypes.[Conclusion]According to the different expression of HER 2 in all subtypes of non small cell lung cancer,related reference basis could be provided for the further prognosis and treatment schedule.
