产科新生儿眼结膜医院感染发生环节调查

摘　　要：[目的]查找产科新生儿眼结膜医院感染发生环节,以防止和控制新生儿眼结膜医院感染。[方法]针对2006年4、5月产科出现明显比往常多的新生儿眼结膜医院感染病例的情况,于5月底至6月进行对产科出现新生儿眼结膜炎病例的同时进行眼分泌物细菌培养,及多方面的卫生学监测;并回顾性和前瞻性调查2005年1～6月份和2006年1～6月份产科新生儿医院感染情况。[结果]2006年1～6月新生儿医院感染率为4.152%,其中眼结膜感染率2.01%,占感染病例的48.3%,2005年1～6月感染率2.66%,眼结膜感染率0.188%,占感染病例的6.67%;产房洗手液、婴儿洗澡盆、爽身粉瓶盖、沐浴液瓶盖、婴儿储物柜等物品、物表培养出与眼分泌物对应相同的病原菌。[结论]新生儿眼结膜医院感染发生是多因素的,一些易被忽略的细节往往是医院感染控制的薄弱环节,既重视直接接触新生儿物品的洁净,也不忽视间接接触新生儿物品的洁净,是防止新生儿眼结膜医院感染发生的保证和前提,是不可忽略的重要措施之一。[Objective]To search for the link of hospital infection of neonate conjunctiva in obstetrical department,so as to prevent and control the hospital infection of neonate conjunctiva.[Methods]Due to obviously increased hospital infection of neonate conjunctiva in April to May 2006 in obstetrical department,the bacterial culture of eye secretion and all sorts of hygienic monitoring of the neonates with conjunctiva were performed in obstetrical department;and retrospective and prospective investigation about the hospital infective situation of neonate conjunctiva were conducted from January 2005 to June 2005 and January 2006 to June 2006.[Results]The infection rate of neonate in hospital was 4.152% in the first half year of 2006. Out of them,the infection rate of conjunctivitis was 2.01%,which accounted for 48.3% of the hospital infection. In the first half of 2005,the infection rate was 2.66%,and the infection of conjunctivitis was 0.188%,which accounted for 6.67%;The same pathogenic bacteria in eye secretion were cultured in washing solution of delivery rooms,bathing tub,on the bottle lids of toilet powder and bath solution,and on the lockers of neonate,et al.[Conclusion]Multiple factors caused hospital infection of neonate conjunctiva,Some easily ignorable details were the weak link of controlling hospital infection. Efforts should be taken to emphasize the clean of things direct contacted by neonates,while we should not ignorance the clean of thing indirect contacted,which was the guarantee and premise of preventing the hospital infection of neonate conjunctiva,and it is a un-ignorance important measure.
