摘 要:考察了作为第三单体的甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸(AA)或二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)对丙烯酰胺(AAm)/苯乙烯(St)共聚反应速率和乳液性质的影响。研究结果表明在AAm/St二元共聚体系中添加所选用的第三单体都加快共聚反应速率,第三单体的水溶性越大,其增加反应速率的幅度也越大;随着第三单体水溶性的提高,乳液的稳定性增大;增大BA的质量分数可以使乳液的稳定性和表面电荷密度增大。Methyl methacrylate (MMA),butyl acrylate (BA),acrylic acid (AA) or dimethyl dially ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) used as the third monomer were added to the system of styrene and acrylamide at the base of precisely studying of the copolymerization .We have investigated the difference between the copolymerization rates of temary polymerization and duality polymerization.The results show that adding the third monomer can accelerate the polymerization rate and the better the dissolvability of the monomer is ,the better the effect of accelerating will be;The latex stability increases as the dissolvability of the third monomer raised; When we add more BA into the system the surface charge density and the latex stability increase.
