胃癌患者知情状况对家属生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的提高胃癌患者家属生活质量。方法采用癌症患者家属生活质量调查表2006年8月—2007年7月对81例胃癌患者家属进行调查,采用单因素方差分析患者不同知情状况其家属生活质量的差异。结果81例癌症患者中,30例为完全知情,占37.0%,32例为部分知情,占39.5%,19例为不知情,占23.5%。3组不同知情程度患者的家属,其总体生活质量及躯体状况、心理状态、社会功能维度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),知情程度较高的患者,其家属总体生活质量及生活质量的躯体状况、心理状态、社会功能维度得分较高。结论胃癌患者家属的生活质量受患者疾病知情程度的影响,主要体现在生理、心理和社会方面。可采用合适的方式感知患者其病情情况,让患者行使疾病知情权的同时提高其家属的生活质量。Objective To raise the quality of life of the families of gastric cancer patients. Methods The Life Quality Scale for the Families of Cancer Patients was used to investigate the status of life quality of the families of 81 gastric cancer patients during Aug. 2006 - Jul.2007. Single factor variance analysis was used to analyze their knowing the disease conditions on the quality of life of their families. Results Of all, 30 patients knew the full conditions, taking up 37.0%,6, 32 partly （39.5%）, and 19 nothing （23.5%）. Between the three groups, the differences were significant in general quality of life, physical condition, mental condition and social function of the families（P〈0.05）. The degree of knowing the disease conditions of patients was higher, the scores of general quality of life, physical condition, mental condition and social function of the families were higher too. Gonclusion The life quality of gastric cancer patients＇ families is affected by the degree of knowing the disease conditions physically, mentally and socially. Suitable method can be used to allow them know the conditions so that the patients exercise the right of knowing the disease conditions and eventually the quality of life of their families can be raised.
