摘 要:目的比较纳米复合树脂(Filtek Z350)与临床常用修复材料(Dyract-AP复合体、TPH复合树脂)的细胞毒性。方法原代培养人牙髓细胞(HPC),MTT比色法测定3种材料对HPC增殖的影响,扫描电镜观察HPC在材料表面生长情况。结果25%FiltekZ350细胞毒性为0级,小于Dyract-AP和TPH(P<0.05)。扫描电镜观察HPC在3种材料表面均可贴附生长。结论3种牙体修复材料对HPC的生长、增殖、贴附无不良影响,均具良好的生物相容性。FiltekZ350的细胞毒性小于Dyract-AP及TPH。Objective To compare the cytotoxicity of three kinds of dental restorative material, nano-composite resin Filtek Z350, compomer Dyract- AP and traditional composite resin TPH on cultured human pulp cell. Methods Human pulp cell were cultured by tissue culture from fresh dental pulp of teenagers, the effect of each material on viability of cultured cell was measured by MTT assay. The ad- herence of human pulp cell to different material surface was observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results The Filtek Z350 nano-composite resin showed the least cytotoxicity among three kinds of material tested(P〈0.05). Under SEM observation, pulp cells showed good adherence to all three kinds of material. Conclusion All these three kinds of dental restorative material have good biocompatibility and were biologically safe. The cytotoxicity of Filtek Z350 nano-composite resin was the least among 3 materials tested.
