摘 要:目的利用常规加热法向二氢吡啶环上引入二茂铁基团,探索最佳反应条件。方法分析不同氮源(包括碳酸氢铵、尿素、醋酸铵)、不同时间及溶剂对该类反应的影响。结果醋酸铵为氮源,57℃左右,无溶剂反应90min,顺利制得目标物,产率79.3%。结论常规加热条件下无溶剂一步合成含二茂铁的二氢吡啶衍生物,该方法不仅产率提高,避免产生副产物,而且污染小,符合绿色化学的要求,更适用于工业生产。Objective To introduce ferrocenyl group into the dihydropyridine ring by using conventional heating under optimized reaction conditions. Methods To evaluate the influences of reaction conditions such as different nitrogen resources including ammonium bicarbonate, urea and ammonium acetate, different reaction times and reaction solvents. Results The target was obtained with the yield of 79.3 ~ by using ammonium acetate as nitrogen source under around 57 "C for 90 rain in the absence of solvent. Conclusion Conventional heating was used in a solvent free one-pot reaction to synthesize ferrocenyl-dihydropyridine derivatives. Compared with previous synthetic methods, this procedure can give higher yield with avoiding by-products, less pollution, and meets the requirements of green chemistry so that it is more suitable in industrial applications.
