摘　　要：教师是教学工作中的主导。对教师的教学工作进行评价,需要制定教师评估指标体系。本文介绍了我校教师评估指标体系的制定原则、步骤及对指标体系的内涵理解。Teachers play a leading role in teaching. Teachers＇ academic level is important for coUege competition. We should make an item system first before evaluating teachers because it is a standard for teaching, The item system has not only the function of evaluation, but also has the roles of identifying, leading, exanining and encouraging. In this paper, the author introduces the principle and the step of making the system, also introduce the meanings of the system.
