摘　　要：特色信息资源建设是图书馆信息资源建设的重点,开展特色信息资源建设需要掌握针对性、实用性、系统性、规范性、合作性等原则,把握建设的内容,采取努力挖掘特色资源、多渠道采集特色文献、系统开发特色数据库等措施。Construction of library information resources with characteristics is the focus in library project. Principles of aim, being practical and systematic, formality and cooperation should be stuck to during the course of construction. Measures should be taken like searching for characteristic resources, collecting documents from various channels and developing database systematically.
