护理人员继续教育管理改革初探

摘　　要：通过回顾我国当前护理人员继续教育的现状,结合本院护理继续教育的改革实践,探讨规范有效的护理继续教育管理方法,创新继续护理教育的组织管理,开展分阶段、分层次的学分制继续教育,规范培训,实行制度管理,是实现继续教育宗旨和培训目标,培养合格护理人才的关键。Combined with our hospital＇s reform practice of nursing continuing education,this paper retrospects current continuing education situation of our country＇s nursing staff and discusses formal and effective methods of nursing continue educational management. The key factor of training qualified nursing staff for realizing purposes of continue education and training is that we should renew continue nursing management, carry out credit system continue education by stages, make training formal and manage under certain system.
