嗅神经母细胞瘤9例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法对9例经病理证实的嗅神经母细胞瘤临床资料结合文献进行回顾性分析。结果按Kadish分期,A期2例,B期4例,C期3例。9例中,2例单纯放疗,单纯手术1例,手术加放疗5例,手术加放化疗1例,治疗后局部复发4例,远处转移2例。结论嗅神经母细胞瘤临床早期易误诊,及时诊断加综合治疗可提高疗效。Objective To explore the clinical representation, diagnosis and treatment of olfactory neuroblastoma. Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with olfactory neuroblastoma proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively and got reviewed. Results According to Kadish staging, 2 patients were stage A, 4 stage B and 3 stage C. In 9 patients, 2 patients were treated with radiotherapy only; 1 was treated with surgical operation only; 5 were treated with surgical operation combined with radiotherapy and 1 was treated combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. 4 patients had local recurrence and 2 had distance metastasis. Conclusions Olfactory neuroblastoma is easy to be misdiagnosed in early stage. It may improve the treatment results if diagnosed on time and treated by combined methods.
