摘　　要：目的:探讨立体定向手术治疗脑内血肿的可靠性和安全性,研究手术方法及技术要点。方法:回顾性分析60例立体定向手术,与传统手术方法的疗效进行比较和分析。结果:治疗脑内血肿病人60例,取得了较好的疗效。结论:微创立体定向手术可有效清除血肿,精度高,损伤小,临床疗效可靠。Objective： To evaluate the safety and accuracy of Stereotactic treatment of intracerebral hematoma explore the operation method and technical note. Methods： To analyze 60 cases of Stereotactic surgery and compare the effect with traditional method. Results： All the 60 intracerebral hematoma cases treated by Stereotactic had a better effect. Conclusion： The Stereotactic surgery is a safe and reliable method for treatment of intracerebral hematoma, it is accurate, minimal wounded and economical.
