摘 要:随着电力市场的不断发展,无功功率服务作为一项重要的辅助服务,其在电力市场环境下精确可行的定价问题逐渐成为重要的研究课题之一。传统的无功定价模型只考虑了连续变量,而在实际中问题往往需要考虑离散的情况,在此基础上增加了对离散变量的考虑,采用原始-对偶内点法和分支定界法结合的混合算法来求解无功功率实时定价模型,并在 IEEE-14节点系统进行测试,验证算法和数学模型有效性和合理性。所采用的无功定价模型不但能涵盖大部分的无功生产费用,而且能提供足够的经济信息,较以往的更接近于实际。With the continuous development of the electricity market, reactive power service is an important ancillary service. Developing an accurate and rational method for reactive power pricing is getting more and more important in the environment of electricity market. Typical model of reactive power pricing only considers continuous variables, but in actual, discrete variables always are considered. This paper on a basis of tradition has added discrete variables, which is based on Primal-Dual Interior Point Method (PDIPM) under perturbed Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions and Branch-and- Bound Method (BBM), which is effective to the model of reactive power spot price and the calculation results tested on IEEE-14 systems showing that the adopted method can validate the prob- lem of obtaining precise results of reactive power pricing and demonstrate reasonable and validity of the adopted method. This paper adopts the expected reactive power price that can not only cover most production cost of reactive power but provide enough economic information and is closer to practicality comparing with anciently.
