摘　　要：本课题研究的是桑条碎料的制板工艺,根据不同的制板方案,得出不同的碎料板的性能。从而确定优化方案,以及达到国家标准值的要求。产品经过测试得出以下结果:桑条碎料板的密度、含水率、吸水厚度膨胀率、内结合强度、静曲强度和弹性模量都较好的得以实现,符合生产中的实际要求。This topic researches the mulberry twig fragments system board craft. According to the different system board plans, we can obtain the different garrulous yard lumber the performance which determinate optimization plan, as well as achieves the national standard value the request. Below the product obtains the result after the test： Mulberry twig lumber density, the moisture content, the absorbing water thickness expansion rate, in uni- fies the intensity, the static tune intensity and the elasticity coefficient is all good can realize, conforms to in the production actual requirement.
