摘  要:目的探讨5-羟色胺1D(5-HT1D)受体基因表达与5-HT在偏头痛发作中的作用。方法采用反转录-聚合酶链反应技术,检测32例偏头痛患者外周血淋巴细胞5-HT1D受体基因表达、血浆5-HT含量的变化。结果偏头痛患者发作期5-HT1D受体基因表达阳性率为93.8%,对照组表达为5.0%,两者比较差异有显著意义;间歇期受体表达为53.3%,与发作期比较差异有显著意义;发作期血浆5-HT含量明显低于对照组和间歇期。结论5-HT含量异常可能是偏头痛的发病基础,5-HT1D受体可能是偏头痛发作的参与者,5-HT1D受体基因表达对偏头痛的诊断有重要意义。Objective To explore the mechanism of 5 HT 1D receptor gene expressions and 5 HT in migraine. Methods The 5 HT 1D receptor gene expressions of the peripheral lymphocytes was tested with reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) and the concentration of plasma 5 HT was also tested. Results It was showed that the 5 HT 1D receptor expressions in the normal control group were 5.0%, while those in the patients with migraine episodes was 93.8%, which was markedly higher than those in the normal control group. There was a great significance between the differences. The 5 HT 1D receptor expressions in the patients in the interim stage was 53.3%. There were remarkable significances as compared with those in the patients in the episode stage. The concentrations of plasma 5 HT levels were markedly lower in patients with migraine than those in the normal control group and those in the interim stage. Conclusion These results revealed that the changes of the concentrations of plasma 5 HT might act as a basis for dereloping the migraine and the 5 HT 1D receptors could take part in the process of the episodes of migraine. The 5 HT 1D receptor gene expressions might have an important significance for the diagnosis of migraine.
