摘 要:评价MRI对髓外硬膜下肿瘤的诊断价值。材料和方法:经手术病理证实的髓外硬膜下肿瘤共24例,包括神经鞘瘤12例、脊膜瘤7例、神经纤维瘤5例。MRI检查采用普通SE序列(不使用流动补偿技术),所有病例均作Gd-DTPA增强检查。结果:1,普通SE序列为椎管病变检查的首选序列。2,神经源性肿瘤的特征:形态呈哑铃状;信号不均匀;邻近卫星结节。脊膜瘤的特征:硬膜尾征;信号均匀。结论:MRI可清楚显示髓外硬膜下肿瘤的全貌及周围情况,从而帮助作出诊断。To evaluate MRI in diagnosing intradural extramedullary tumors. Materials and Methods:Analyzed 24 cases of histologically confirmed tumors: including 12 cases of Schwannomas, 7 spinal meningiomas, and 5 neurofibromatosis. All cases were examined with conventional SE pulse sequence (no flow compensaion) before and after Ⅳ administration of Gd-DTPA. Results: 1, conventional SE pulse sequence is the best choice in detecting spinal cord disease. 2, the MR characteristics of neurinoma: dumbbell-shaped, heterogeneous appearance, Satellite nodules nearby. 3, The MR characteristics of meningioma: dural tail sign, homogeneous appearance. Conclusion: MRI permits direct visualization of the tumor itself and the condition nearby, providing help to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
