公办普通高校的学费应体现优质优价原则

摘　　要：我国公办普通高校之间发展极不均衡,不同档次公办普通高校本科毕业生的收益相差很大,而高校的学费标准却较为统一。为体现优质优价原则、保证高等教育的公平、优化高等教育资源配置、提高大众化高等教育的质量,建议政府宏观管理和市场规律相结合,不同档次的公办普通高校建立不同档次的学费标准,拉开收费差距。The public universities differ substantially, where the achievements undergraduates make fluctuate, but their tuitions are relevantly uniform. Hence the paper argues for a quality - oriented tuition policy in all the public universities, for the sake of equality of the higher education, optimization of the resources, and improvement of the educational quality.
