摘　　要：本文对13例结核性瘢痕肺癌的X线表现进行回顾分析,着重讨论肺结核瘢痕与肺癌的关系,以及本病的X线特点,旨在加强对本病的认识,提高诊断的准确性。A retrospective analysis was performed on X-ray findings of 13 cases with tuberculosis cicatricial pulmonary carcinoma in order to enhance the understanding to the disease and improve diagnostic accuracy. Relationship between tuberculosis cicatrix and pulmonary carcinoma and X-ray features of the tumor were discussed.
