幕上星形细胞瘤核DNA含量与病理分级、CT表现的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:研究幕上星形细胞瘤核DNA含量与病理分级、CT表现的相关性。材料和方法:对43例幕上星形细胞瘤流式细胞计致结果与病理分级、CT表现作对照分析。结果:幕上星形细胞瘤瘤核DI、PI及AT出现率与病理分级成正相关;Ⅰ/Ⅱ级与Ⅲ/Ⅳ级DI、AT出现率差异非常显著(P<0.01);Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ/Ⅳ级PI差异有显著性(P<0.05);肿瘤大小、坏死、瘤周水肿及囊肿型与DI、PI及AT出现率有显著相关性。结论:幕上星形细胞瘤核DNA含量与病理分级、CT表现有一定的关系,流式细胞计数测量瘤核DNA含量评价幕上星形细胞瘤生物行为不能取代组织病理学检查。Purpose: To study correlation of nuclear DNA contents with pathologic grading and CT appearances in supratentorial astrocytoma. Materials and Methods: A correlative analysis of results of flow cytometry (FCM) with pathologic grading and CT appearances in 43 cases with supratentoral astrocytoma (SACM) was made. Results: The pathologic grading of SACM was positively correlative with its DNA index (DI) , proliferative index (PI) and aneuploidy tumor incidence (AT). Obvious difference existed between grade Ⅰ /Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ in DI and AT incidence (P<0.01); there was significant difference between grade Ⅰ ,Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ in PI (P<0.05). The tumoral size, peritumoral edema, tumoral necrosis and cystic tumors were closely correltative with DI, PI and AT incidence Conclusion: Nuclear DNA contents of SACM were certainly correlative with their pathologic grading and some CT appearances but FCM analysis of nuclear DNA contents in the evaluation of biological behavior of SACM didn't replace the histopathologic examination.
