高职护理专业科学设置卫生法学及伦理学课程的研究

摘　　要：目的：分析我国高职护理专业卫生法学与伦理学课程设置现状与社会需求，探索如何科学设置该课程；方法：选择浙江省内外开设护理专业的学院共18所，调查其培养计划中有关卫生法学、护理伦理学课程开设情况。设计并发放政治法律类课程开设意向调查表，征求护理学生和实习医院的意见，提出最愿意学或最希望加强的政治法律类课程，对有关资料进行对比分析。结果：卫生法学课程职业技术学院开设率高于综合性大学（P〈0．01）。一年级学生最愿意学的三门政治法律类课程是法律基础、毛泽东思想概论，邓小平理论，“三个代表”重要思想、卫生法学与伦理学，三年级则为卫生法学与伦理学、法律基础、哲学。三年级学生学习卫生法学与伦理学的意向明显提高于一年级（P〈0．01）。医院最希望加强的课程是卫生法学与伦理学、法律基础和思想品德。结论：鉴于医疗护理工作的需要，为减少因护理因素导致的医疗纠纷，高职护理专业应进一步加强卫生法学与伦理学教学，可考虑整合护理学导论、护理学基础、护理伦理学或法律基础知识等课程，新开《卫生法学与伦理学》课程，总课时40～50学时。Objective： To analyze the status quo of assanation and ethics courses and their social requirement, thus to explore a scientific mode for the course setting; Method： The course setting status quo of assanation and ethics is analyzed among 18 colleges in which the nursing speciality is set up. A questionnaire was also conducted to investigate students＇inclination towards politics - sorted courses, and relevant data were analyzed. Results： The establishing rate of assanation courses in the higher professional colleges is higher than that in the comprehensive universities. The most favorable subjects among freshmen are the Chinese national political theories, and assanation ＆ ethics, while the counterparts among seniors are assanation ＆ ethics, law basis, and philosophy. Seniors have an obvious higher desire for the course of assanation ＆ ethics compared with freshmen （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The top three courses that hospitals most wanted to be enhanced are assanation ＆ ethics, law basis, and morality education. Conclusions： The course of assanation ＆ ethics should be further promoted among nursing specialists in order to improve the nursing work and avoid nursing-related medical disputes. The former subjects such as nursing introduction, nursing basis, nursing ethics, and law basis should be integrated into a novel course of assanation ＆ ethics with a whole course duration around 40 to 50 lectures.
