新鲜羊膜与生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：对比新鲜羊膜与生物羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法：对49例（52眼）翼状胬肉患者分两组采用切除后分别移植新鲜羊膜与生物羊膜覆盖手术创面，手术后加压包扎。3wk后拆线。并随访观察2～26mo。结果：两组患者术后均取得良好效果。结论：生物羊膜具有新鲜羊膜同样的疗效，而且方便保存和取用。值得在基层医院推广和运用。AIM： To compare the curative effect of fresh amnion and bioamnion in treating pterygium. METHODS： Forty-nine cases （52 eyes） with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups. After resection, the surface of wound was covered with fresh amnion in group one, and with bioamnion in group two. Then we bound up the wound with pressure and removed stitches after 3 weeks. The follow-up time was 2-26 months. RESULTS： All of 52 eyes got good prognosis. CONCLUSION： The results show that bioamnion have the same curative effect compared with fresh amnion. Since preserving bioamnion is easy, it is worth spreading and using it at basic hospitals.
