贞芪扶正颗粒与胸腺肽联合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨贞芪扶正颗粒与胸腺肽联合治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效。方法:治疗组48例,口服贞芪扶正颗粒和胸腺肽片;对照组48例,仅口服胸腺肽片。观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为97.9%,治愈率为35.4%;对照组有效率为89.6%,治愈率为16.7%。两组治愈率比较差异有显著性(χ2=4.3808,P<0.05)。结论:贞芪扶正颗粒与胸腺肽联合治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效好,治愈率高。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of zhenqifuzheng keli and thymopetidum eneric-coated tablet on recurrent aphthous ulceration （RAU）, Merhod： 96 patients of RAU were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （48 eases） were treated with zhenqifuzheng keli and thymopetidum eneric-coated tablet. The control group （48 cases） were treated with thymopetidum eneric-coated tablet. The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were observed. Result： The total clinical effective rate in the treatment group was 97.9 %. The curative rate in the treatment group was 35.4 %, which showed significant difference from the control group （16.7%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The zhenqifuzheng keli and thymosin tablet has a promising therapeutic effect on RAU.
