摘 要:创造心理是一个相对性的概念,是相对于常规心理而言的一种心理模式。创造心理是多种心理类型的心理在活动过程中的一种有机结合,为了目标的集中与简化,把创新时的心理活动方式称为创造心理,实际上它是逻辑思维与非逻辑思维的密切结合,包括设计解决问题的新方案,探讨解决问题的新途径,提出解决问题的新思路,也包括对事物的新认识和新判断,因此任何人都有创造的禀赋。受传统培养方式的影响,当代大学生创造心理具有独特性和新颖性、发散性和灵活性、非逻辑性、对象的潜在性、发展性等特点。培养大学生创造心理的对策是:加强思想教育工作;科学构建知识能力结构框架;加强实践教学环节;造就一个有利于创新能力培养的育人环境等。Creative psychology is a relative concept. It is a psychological model in contrast with the common ones. Creative psychology is the combination of several types of psychological activities. Target being focused on, the psychology in the course of creation is simplified as creative psychology. It is in fact the close combination of logical thinking and illogical thinking, including working out new plans, exploring novel ways and putting forward fresh ideas for solving problems. So, everyone is endowed with creativity. However, owing to the traditional model of talent production, the college students' creative psychology is characterized by uniqueness, novelty, emanativeness, flexibility, illogicality, latency of the object, and possibility of development. So in order to cultivate modem college students' creative psychology, ideological education and practice teach- ing should be strengthened, a scientific structure of knowledge and ability constructed and a favorable environment for the production of innovative talents created.
