荧光分光光度法测定氧氟沙星制剂的含量

摘　　要：用荧光分光光度法测定氧氟沙星静滴液及片剂含量，样品以０．２０ｍｏｌ／ＬＨＣｌ稀释后，在ＥＸ＝２９７ｎｍ，ＥＭ＝５１２ｎｍ处测定．回收率分别为１０１．０％和１００．６％，相对标准偏差为０．５％和０．８％（ｎ＝５）．A fluorometric method has been developed for the assay of ofloxacin injection and tablets.The sample diluted with 0 20 mol/L HCl solution,was analyzed at E X=296 nm and E m=512 nm.The average recoveries were 101 0% and 100 6% respectivly and the coefficients of riation were 0 5% and 0 8%(n=7).Linearity and precision are desirable.
