食管鳞癌发生过程中p16蛋白表达的变化

摘　　要：为探讨ｐ１６基因在食管癌发生中的意义，用免疫组织化学方法检测了７０例鳞状细胞癌患者的癌旁正常粘膜上皮、不典型增生和癌组织中的ｐ１６蛋白。结果发现：不典型增生组织中的ｐ１６蛋白表达较正常上皮明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），而癌组织中的ｐ１６蛋白表达又较不典型增生显著减低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。并且，随着癌分化程度的下降，ｐ１６蛋白阳性率呈下降趋势。低分化者阳性率显著低于高分化者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结果表明：ｐ１６蛋白表达的变化是食管癌发生中的早期事件，并可能与癌的进展密切相关。To study the role of p16 gene in the carcinogensis of esophageal cancer, the expression of p16 protein in the normal epithelia, dysplasia and the cancer tissues from 70 patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma were detected with immunohistochemical method. It was found that the expression of p16 protein in dysplasia decreased significantly as compared to that in the normal epithelia ( P <0.05), while the cancer tissue had much lower p16 expression than dysplasia ( P <0.05). The positive rates of p16 protein in cancers of grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ decreased gradually. The cancer of grade Ⅲ showed a significant lower expression of p16 protein than cancer of grade Ⅰ( P <0.05). The study demonstrated that the alteration of p16 gene is an early event in the carcinogenesis of esophageal cancer and may be closely related to the progress of the cancer.
