食管鳞癌p53蛋白表达与放射治疗疗效的关系

摘　　要：用免疫组化方法对２８例食管癌活检标本组织中ｐ５３蛋白表达情况进行了检测，并观察了其与临床放射治疗效果的关系。结果：食管鳞状细胞癌术前活检标本ｐ５３蛋白阳性表达率为４６．４％，放疗采用常规设计，放射治疗效果为ｐ５３阳性组ＣＲ４６％，ＰＲ１５％，ＰＤ３９％；ｐ５３阴性组ＣＲ５３％，ＰＲ４７％，ＰＤ０％。ｐ５３蛋白阳性者放疗疗效较阴性者差。结果表明：ｐ５３蛋白可以作为预测食管鳞癌放疗效果判断的参考指标之一。With immunohistochemical technique,we investigated the p53 protein expression in 28 biopsy specimens of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and observed its relationship with the radiotherapeutic effect.The results showed that the positive rate of p53 protein expression was 46.4%.The radiotherapy was designed routinely.The effect of radiotherapy were CR46%,PR15%,and PD39% in the p53 protein expression positive group and CR53%,PR47% and PDO in the nega tive group respectively.The radiothera py effect was worse in the p53 protein positive cases than that in the negative ones.The result suggests that p53 protein may be served as a parameter to predict the radiotherapeutic effect on esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
