摘　　要：介绍了Information Commons的由来与发展,并从宏观上分析它的具体实践活动,包括创造共用、软件共有、研究共有、学习共有等。接着以IC在图书馆的应用为基础,探讨IC的出现给图书馆资源整合、服务理念及服务模式带来的创新。This paper introduces the origin and development of Information Commons （IC）, and analyzes the specific IC practice from the macroscopic perspective, including creative commons, open source software, academic commons, and learning commons. Then, based on the application of IC in the library, the paper explores the innovations IC brings to the library in resources integration, service concept, and service mode.
