陕西省普通高校研究生体育教学条件的调查

摘　　要：通过对陕西省有研究生的21所高校的体育教学条件进行调查,结果表明:缺乏研究生体育教学的师资、体育场馆和设施数量不足、研究生主管部门态度不够明确等,是陕西省高校开设研究生体育课程的主要制约因素;教学经费、教学工作报酬、体育场馆和设施的质量基本上能满足研究生体育教学的要求。建议:我国应该制定研究生体育教学指导纲要,从政策层面保障研究生体育正常开展;陕西省高校应逐步补充体育师资,并加大经费投入来增加体育场地设施的数量,以满足日益增大的研究生体育教育需求。After an investigation toward 21 colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province on the teaching conditions of P. E. course with graduate students, it is shown that the main factors that have restricted the operation of P. E. course for graduate students in the universities of Shaanxi Province include lacking of PE teachers for graduates,a shortage of gyms and sports facility, and the inexplicit attitude of relevant administrative department. It is noted that the teaching cost, teaching remuneration and the quality of gyms and sports facility can meet the needs of P. E. teaching for graduates. Therefore,it is suggested that a P. E. teaching guideline for graduate students should be constituted in China to ensure the proper development of the P. E. course for the graduates,the colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province should supplement their supply of P. E. teachers gradually and increase the input to expand the number of gyms and sports facility so as to meet the ever increased demand of the P. E. teaching for graduates.
