关于和谐理念下农民职业技术教育的思考

摘　　要：农民的职业技术教育关乎到新农村建设,关乎到农村社会和谐以及整个社会和谐。但目前我国的农民职业技术教育还存在着较多问题,需要提高认识,加强领导,整合资源,提高实效性,创新教育培训模式。Farmers vocational and technical education in rural areas are relating to the new building, relating to the rural areas of social harmony and the whole social harmony. However,at present,there are more problems in china＇ s farmers vocational and technical edcationo They have to improve understanding, strengthen leadership and the whole resources to enhance the effectiveness, and innovative education and training model.
