摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、CD44V6、Cath-D、nm23-H1在结直肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2000年1月至2001年12月行根治性手术的131例结直肠癌病例,应用免疫组化SP法检测肿瘤组织中VEGF、EGFR、CD44V6、Cath-D及nm23-H1的表达情况,分析其与术后复发转移的关系。结果全组术后复发转移率为31.3%(41/131),VEGF、EGFR、CD44V6、Cath-D、nm23-H1阳性率分别为62.6%(82/131)、58.0%(76/131)、52.7%(69/131)、55.0%(72/131)、72.5%(95/131),VEGF阳性组、EGFR阳性组、CD44V6阳性组、Cath-D阳性组、nm23-H1阴性组术后复发转移率较高(P值均<0.05)。根据VEGF、EGFR、CD44V6、Cath-D、nm23-H1的表达情况对患者进行评分再分成3组,3组间的术后复发转移率两两间存在统计学差异(P值均<0.05)。结论VEGF、EGFR、CD44V6、Cath-D、nm23-H1与结直肠癌术后复发转移有关,合并这些不良预后因素越多,患者的预后越差。Objective To study the expression of VEGF,EGFR,CD44V6,Cath-D and nm23-H1 in colorectal cancer. Methods Data of 131 cases with colorectal cancer after curative resection from January 2000 to December 2001 were analyzed retrospectively. The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）, epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR）, CD44V6, cathepsin D（Cath-D）and nm23-H1 were detected by immunohistochemical method in primary tumors. The correlation between expression of VEGF, EGFR, CD44V6, Cath-D and nm23-H, and recurrence of colorectal cancer after curative resection was analyzed. Results The overall recurrence rate was 31. 3%. The positive rate of VEGF, EGFR, CD44V6, Cath-D and nm23-H1 were 62.6% （82/131） ,58. 0% （76/131）, 52.7% （69/131）, 55.0%（72/131） and 72.5% （95/131）, respectively. Positive expression of VEGF, EGFR, CD44V6 and Cath-D and negative expression of nm23-H1 were associated with an increased incidence of recurrence （ P 〈0.05 ）. When 131 patients were divided into three groups according the expression of VEGF, EGFR, CD44V6,Cath-D and nm23-H1, there was statistical difference in the recurrence rate among the three groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Positive expression of VEGF, EGFR, CD44V6 and Cath-D and negative expression of nm23-H1 are associated with an increased incidence of recurrence of colorectal cancer after curative resection.
