摘  要:选用合适溶剂将蒽醌溶解,再用转相法对油相进行乳化,制备出O/W型蒽醌乳液,以提高其在蒸煮液中的分散性,同时研究了溶剂种类、HLB值、乳化剂配比、乳化温度及时间、转相温度、搅拌速度等因素对乳液性能的影响,得出了最佳乳化条件,即以苯乙酮为溶剂,以Span和Tween系列复配乳化剂,体系HLB值为13-13.5,转相温度为90-100℃,乳化时间为50min.此条件下制备的蒽醌乳液分散均匀,具有一定的稀释稳定性,贮存稳定性可达36d以上.By selecting a suitable solvent to dissolve anthraquinone, then adopts the method of phase inversion to prepare oil-in-water emulsion of anthraquinone in order to raise its dispersion in the cooking liquid. It analyzes the affection of the type of solvents, HLB value, emulsifier combination, emulsifier accession, emulsifying temperature and time, phase inversion temperature, mixing speed, as well as other factors on the performance of emulsion and explores the best emulsion conditions, namely: acetophenone as solvent, Span and Tween series of complex emulsifier, HLB value 13- 13. 5, phase conversion temperature 90- 100 ℃, emulsifying time 50 min. Under this condition, the emulsion of anthraquinone prepared scatters evenly, with a dilution of stability and storage stability can reach more than 36 days.
