摘　　要：本文依照自我决定理论的发展历程,分析了认知评价理论的局限性,阐述了自我决定理论的逻辑机理,探讨了自我决定理论在组织行为领域的应用,讨论了自我决定理论对管理研究和管理实践的启示。This paper analyses the limitations of cognitive evaluation theory according to the development of self-determination theory,clarifies and analyses the essential contents and logic mechanism of self-determination theory, analyses the applications of self-determination theory in organizational behavior field, discusses the suggestions for researches and practices of management from self-determination theory.
